Sweet Stout - An Update!

For those looking for something extremely mild & soft on the tastebuds, something like this is it!  Known for their Medium to Full Body and Low Hop Bitterness, the Sweet Malt and Caramel are Front and Center.  

Enjoying the mouthfeel of the Sweet Stout...that Rich & Creamy part, we wanted to double what the recipe called for when it came to Lactose.  

As earlier noted in the the First Post on our Sweet Stout, we chose to put the second pound of lactose in upon Flame-Out.  

Double the Sweet.  Double the Creamy Texture.  Delicious.
